URUD´OR is the leading Uruguayan citrus exporting organization which has been operating as an international fresh fruit supplier since 1963.

It is composed by a selected group of growers like Azucitrus, Sandupay, Agrisur, El Repecho and Costa de Oro, and its production support represents over 40 % of the country’s exports.

URUD'OR is one of the very few fresh fruit suppliers in the southern hemisphere which can offer the complete citrus variety basket, including significant volumes of the hole easypeelers family, oranges from early navels to late valencias and lemons,  all starting from March to November.

The organization’s high tech infrastructure comprises modern packhouses, juice processing plants and Frigofrut coldstore terminal at Nueva Palmira Port.

In order to assure the product’s quality and the customer’s requirement fulfilment URUD'OR has developed a quality management model. Every step of the producing process is performed according to the Quality Proceedings Manual. Input products acquisition, farm monitoring and advising, harvest and post harvest, transport, handling, storing and shipping operations are controlled and periodically audited by the organization’s technical staff.

URUD'OR’s strength is based on it’s high technology producing mainframe, the organization’s efficiency and the quality management model.  

The EEC is the main destination of URUD'OR exports, followed in smaller quantities by Eastern Europe, Canada, Far East and Middle East.
